Who is an Academic Advisor?
An academic advisor is a staff member who can best advice you in your field of study. An academic advisor is able to provide you with advice about your individual program of study. They are able to help you with issues regarding course selection, graduation requirements, etc.
How do I know who my advisor is?
All entering students in Quran and Etrat Internet University are assigned to an advisor in the “Basic Program”. If you don’t know your advisor, please send your request to support@etrat.net .
When do I need to contact my advisor?
You should stay in touch with your advisor throughout the semester, but most importantly, any time you are struggling with classes and before registration. You may discuss about the selection of appropriate classes to take for the next semester. You should make an effort to contact your advisor at least once a semester so that you can stay on track toward graduation.
